ScopePilot is an AI-assisted subcontract scope generator for construction teams still piecing together departures tables, procurement documents, and commercial language in Word and Excel.

We are starting deliberately narrow: one high-friction document workflow, handled well. The aim is not to replace commercial judgement, but to give project managers, estimators, and subcontractors a stronger first draft in a fraction of the time.

Our long-term advantage is a practical library of construction templates and risk language informed by real project workflows—not generic text generation.
